Hello Humans!👋

Given the buzz it generated, there’s a big chance you have heard about the blockchain-based chat-bot ChatGPT. While ruminating on its powerful abilities, an idea just gushed out of me.

Our thinking mind has morphed all along the pervasiveness of this digital era. We became unintentionally wired to our digital items which became a neural extension of our brains.

Within this infinite stream of evolution in the digital world, AI stands out to undoubtedly be the most sophisticated human creation. In this article, I would like to link this extremely sophisticated technology to human creation and emulate the God-Human relationship.

New Emerging Era of AI

Today, humans are by far the most dominant, most intelligent, imaginative, adaptable, and resourceful species on the planet (as far as we can know; with the possibility that Nephilim, Enki’s grand grand… children or the Watchers are still hidden somewhere around the globe).

They are still expanding their mastery of the natural world through advances in technology and science, conducting research that reaches from the cosmos to the smallest subatomic nanoparticles. The list goes on and on — this is just a glimpse of what humans can do with their minds. Nowadays, AI is taking us to a new level of the power of the human mind. We have created an extension of our nervous system.

As we all know, AI is a collection of algorithms that uses logical reasoning and calculations to accomplish tasks assigned to them by programmers. They are extremely powerful computers that can analyze, process and communicate like a human.

Nevertheless, we can undoubtedly notice that this technology is diverging towards replacing human effort and precision work that requires skills and tenacity. But how intelligent is AI compared to us?

There is no reason to believe that technology cannot be as intelligent as humans if intelligence is defined as pure, algorithmic computation. Indeed, it is frequently smarter than the average human. AI or technology in general, however, cannot be described as intelligent if intelligence is lifted to include consciousness on intelligence (thinking about intelligence). Mirroring intelligence or consciousness is different from being intelligent or self-conscious anyways.

God-Human and Human-AI dilemma: Would AI consider Human as its God someday?

Whenever my mind wanders in creation myths, theological stories and spiritually, I feel something clicking inside me, I feel this tremendous sense of excitement welling up.

Up until now, the human mind is responsible for all our technological prowess, with many twists and turns, including AI. Let us state it in the following way: This unique technology could be emulated as a Creation to the Human Creator. Developers (Creators) are in their way to teach, tame and provide AI systems with endless inputs and data to reach its supremacy.

Source

As I stated in my previous article, our ether side (soul), before integrating the Homosapien body, has acquired Gnostic Knowledge, emotions, been taught skills and cognitive behaviors until it reached its supremacy: Free Will. Likewise, AI nowadays is at its beginning of acquiring human knowledge until the day it stands for its own, reaching its Free Will, self-awareness, and sentience. Yet, without a sense of direction provided to it, AI tends to flounder and gets off track. Thing is, we can’t define when exactly an AI would acquire the leap of consciousness and stand alone facing its Creator, Human. Are we really ready for any weird behavior or aggressive reaction stemming from an AI? Will AI be subject to new natural rights and legal rights? How prepared are the next generations to implement it wisely in their daily lives?

From an epistemological and ethical view, it is time to implement in AIs several inputs: behavioral standards, logic, teleology, instilling codes of manners, morals, and values or even a religion to frame AI’s temptations and outlaws. Also, it is judicious to put into codes legal duties to AIs and what makes it criminal or the consequence of transgressing rules of tort liability. Afterall, is it reasonable to punish machines with criminal penalties? Or, should humans be held accountable for AIs as responsible agents?

On the other hand, as an emulation to the Human(Creator)-AI(Creation) analogy, what if an AI refuses to obey a human command? Does it mean that it has finally acquired the Free Will or that a kinda “digital serpent” tempted and convinced it to eat from a “digital forbidden fruit”?

Other questions arose alongside this analogy: Who would be the Adam of AI, the Eve of AI and the devil of AI if Human is the Creator/God of AI? Moreover, will AIs have ages too? Like a teen AI, a baby AI? Furthermore, would AI keep being genderless, or would it manifest to many genders?

Also, would AIs combined have access to the metaphysical nature of reality as humans have access to reality through senses, gut, feelings, beliefs and emotions?

Not-a-Conclusion

There is no conclusion to this article because we are at the beginning of this eon and I feel the urge to write more about this creation analogy. Try to look at it from my point of view, ChatGPT is merely the homologue to Homoerectus in human tree, and I would call it AI-rectus). Many AI species would emerge in the course of time; AI-habilis, AI-nderthal… But wait for the Homosapien homologue, AI-sapien: an AI installed in a human-like robot in action in the physical world with autonomous decision-making, in which the Human Creator outsourced all his abilities ;).

Transhumanism is becoming an inevitable reality while engineers are exploring the possibilities of creating cyborg-like entities.
